Job Description

  • Assist with the management of assigned trades from preconstruction through project completion.
  • Support quantity take-offs, bid package preparation, procurement, and buyout activities.
  • Monitor project schedules, costs, change management processes, and subcontractor performance.
  • Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Maintain relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Miami High-Rise Construction should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience supporting commercial, multifamily, or high-rise construction projects.
  • Strong organizational and project documentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and construction administration processes.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships across project teams.
