Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:

Supporting Project Managers in daily operations across multiple active job sites
Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on track
Assisting in managing budgets, schedules, and project documentation
Proactively identifying and resolving project challenges in real time
Contributing to planning and execution of mission-critical, healthcare, and TI projects
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
Maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction project management or coordination
Exposure to data center or mission-critical projects preferred (healthcare or MEP-heavy backgrounds also considered)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, "plug-and-play" mindset
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Comfortability with working on-site and collaborating with diverse teams
