Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Project Managers in daily operations across multiple active job sites
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on track
  • Assisting in managing budgets, schedules, and project documentation
  • Proactively identifying and resolving project challenges in real time
  • Contributing to planning and execution of mission-critical, healthcare, and TI projects
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
  • Maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction project management or coordination
  • Exposure to data center or mission-critical projects preferred (healthcare or MEP-heavy backgrounds also considered)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, "plug-and-play" mindset
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Comfortability with working on-site and collaborating with diverse teams
