Assistant Project Manager - Mixed Commercial Construction

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Monitor project budgets and track costs to avoid overruns.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Support the resolution of project-related issues and challenges as they arise.
• Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and address any concerns.
• Ensure adherence to company and industry standards throughout project execution.
