Job Description

  • Contribute to the successful delivery of commercial and residential construction projects across Greater Boston.
  • Support new construction, renovation, and tenant fit-out projects from planning through completion.
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
  • Participate in projects across a variety of market sectors, including multifamily, education, retail, restaurant, and mixed-use developments.
  • Help uphold the company's strong standards for customer service, project execution, and construction management excellence.
  • Work alongside an experienced leadership team during an exciting growth phase supported by a substantial backlog of work

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have Requirements

  • Experience within the construction industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Understanding of commercial and/or residential construction projects.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ground-up construction projects.
  • Experience managing or supporting renovation and tenant fit-out work.
  • Exposure to multifamily, education, retail, restaurant, or mixed-use project sectors.
  • Familiarity with construction management best practices.
