This is a long-established general contractor that provides construction and project management services across multiple sectors. It primarily works on multifamily developments but also handles a mix of other building types, including specialized and renovation projects.

It has been operating for over two decades and has built a solid track record delivering projects of varying size and complexity

Job Description

  • Assist in planning and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Track expenses and support efforts to keep the project within budget.
  • Communicate with subcontractors to ensure work meets project requirements.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including permits and reports.
  • Address on-site challenges and escalate issues to the Project Manager when needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in construction project coordination or management
  • Knowledge of multifamily construction processes and standards
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Open to travel across the state of Texas
