Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager will:

  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute construction projects.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to coordinate tasks.
  • Review and manage project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
  • Assist in resolving on-site issues and providing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Track project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Support procurement efforts by sourcing materials and managing inventory.
