Job Description

  • Assist the Project Manager with the day-to-day management of multifamily construction projects
  • Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Track project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor progress
  • Support client, consultant, and subcontractor communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist with project reporting, cost control, and overall project administration

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or related construction role
  • Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred
  • Exposure to ground-up construction projects
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment and work collaboratively with field and office teams
