Job Description

  • Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking.
  • Support subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with field operations and project stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and assist with reporting requirements.
  • Help maintain quality control and safety standards throughout construction.
  • Participate in project meetings and maintain strong communication with all team members.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of construction management experience.
  • Multifamily construction experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
