Job Description

  • Assist with the management of ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Support project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
  • Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and field operations teams
  • Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5 years of construction experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer
  • Multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial construction experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management software and construction documentation
  • Motivated to grow into a Project Manager role over time
