Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support project teams in Houston while traveling to active job sites as needed.Job DescriptionSupporting Project Managers with the day-to-day execution of multifamily construction projectsReviewing plans, specifications, contracts, and project requirementsManaging RFIs, submittals, and project documentationCoordinating with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and ownership teamsTracking project schedules and assisting with milestone managementMonitoring project costs, budgets, and change ordersMaintaining procurement, reporting, and project logsParticipating in project meetings and preparing meeting minutesAssisting with quality control and project closeout activitiesSupporting field operations and traveling to project sites as requiredEnsuring compliance with company safety standards and project requirementsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
