Job Description

As the Assistant Project Manager, you will support the Director of Construction in delivering a large-scale, ground-up multifamily project from inception through completion.

  • Assist in managing day-to-day project operations for a multifamily development
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
  • Support budgeting, cost tracking, and schedule management
  • Monitor construction progress to ensure quality and safety standards
  • Assist in resolving site issues and driving timely project delivery
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting accuracy
  • Contribute to successful execution of mixed-use construction elements, including retail components

The Successful Applicant

For the Assistant Project Manager, we are seeking:

  • Minimum 3 years of construction experience in an Assistant Project Manager capacity
  • Proven experience with wrap-style multifamily projects
  • Exposure to ground-up construction projects (2+ highly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of wood-frame multifamily construction
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software and reporting tools
