Our client is a fast-growing general contractor headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida. Founded in 2019, the company specializes in ground-up construction projects and offers employees the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

Job Description

  • Assist the Project Manager with the day-to-day management of multifamily construction projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Support project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking efforts
  • Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings
  • Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of construction experience in a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager capacity
  • Multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial construction experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications
