Known for their collaborative culture, quality projects, and commitment to employee development, they have built a reputation as one of the area's most respected builders.With continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, the company is seeking an ambitious Assistant Project Manager who is eager to learn, contribute, and advance within the organization.Job DescriptionThe Assistant Project Manager will:Support Project Managers with the day-to-day management of commercial and multifamily construction projectsAssist with project software management and document controlCoordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project correspondenceAssist with subcontractor bid solicitations, bid leveling, and buyout activitiesHelp manage permitting and inspection processesSupport client onboarding and project startup proceduresBuild and maintain relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendorsAssist with project schedules and milestone trackingHelp monitor project budgets, commitments, and cost reportingCoordinate material procurement and delivery schedulesAttend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action itemsAssist with project closeout documentation and warranty administrationSupport the Quality Assurance/Quality Control process throughout the project lifecycleMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
