Known for delivering successful projects across multiple sectors, the firm offers a collaborative culture, strong leadership, and long-term career development opportunities.Job DescriptionSupport Project Managers in the execution of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and document management.Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project objectives are achieved.Review project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project reports.Monitor project schedules, budgets, and milestones while helping identify and resolve issues.Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and other project management tools to maintain project records and reporting.Participate in project meetings and maintain strong communication among all project stakeholders.Support multiple Higher Education projects, primarily serving a major university account in Cambridge, MA.Report directly to Project Managers and work closely with the broader project team.Work on-site in Cambridge, MA.Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 base salary + annual bonus opportunity (typically around 10%)MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
