Job Description

What the role will entail:

  • Daily project documentation and progress tracking
  • Reviewing, tracking, and assisting with negotiation of change orders
  • Supporting schedule and budget oversight alongside senior PMs
  • Preparing and distributing weekly project status reports
  • Coordinating with the Construction Manager, consultants, and owner stakeholders
  • Supporting meetings, action item tracking, and follow‑ups
  • Heavier focus on project coordination and administration vs. field supervision

The Successful Applicant

What the Successful Candidate Will Have

  • 2-6 years of experience in construction, project management, or owner's rep roles
  • Exposure to ground‑up construction projects, ideally public, municipal, or school projects
  • Working knowledge of construction operations and jobsite workflows
  • Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence
  • Ability to manage portions of budgets and schedules with growing independence
  • Proficiency in Excel (required)
  • Experience with Bluebeam (required)
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn and grow
