The Assistant Project Manager-Orlando-Construction will play a key role in supporting construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Working closely with the project team, you will help manage schedules, budgets, and communication to deliver successful outcomes in the property industry.

Job Description

  • Assist in managing construction project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Help monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
  • Support the preparation and review of project documentation, including contracts and reports.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication between project teams and clients.
  • Participate in site visits to ensure compliance with project plans and safety standards.
  • Assist in processing change orders and other project adjustments as needed.
  • Contribute to the overall success of construction projects by providing hands-on support and problem-solving.
