Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for

  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and documentation to ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist in managing budgets and tracking project expenses to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Support communication between stakeholders, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management.
  • Help resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts and permits.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of property construction projects in Cambridge.
