Job Description

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating multifamily construction projects.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to address project needs.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including reports and contracts.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Track and manage project costs and resources effectively.
  • Support the resolution of project-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders.

A successful Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer should have:
