Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in an APM, PE, or PM role
  • Ground-up multifamily construction experience from inception through closeout
  • Experience with garden-style, podium, or wrap apartment communities
  • Stable work history with strong tenure in previous positions
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and effective in client-facing environments
