Job Description

  • Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Work primarily on-site from project trailers, collaborating closely with field and office teams.
  • Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, documentation, subcontractor coordination, and project reporting.
  • Track project progress and help ensure milestones, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
  • Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving efforts throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • Provide support across multiple project sites as business needs require.
  • Gain exposure to a variety of project types including healthcare, multifamily, institutional, public, and commercial construction projects.ants.

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2+ years of construction experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Experience supporting commercial construction projects.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to work primarily on-site and travel between project locations throughout Maine as needed.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience on multi-million-dollar construction projects.
  • Field construction experience.
  • Exposure to healthcare, institutional, multifamily, public, or commercial construction projects.
  • Experience working with project schedules, budgets, and documentation processes.
