We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of residential renovation and custom home projects throughout Greater Boston. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced construction leaders while gaining exposure to all phases of project execution.

Job Description

  • Support Project Managers throughout all phases of residential construction projects.
  • Manage project drawings, RFIs, submittals, and document control processes.
  • Ensure the latest project revisions are distributed and maintained across project teams.
  • Attend weekly project meetings and prepare detailed meeting minutes.
  • Track subcontractor contracts, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation.
  • Follow up on outstanding project documents and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and design professionals to maintain project schedules and progress.
  • Assist with project closeout activities, including punch list coordination and collection of closeout documentation.
  • Help maintain strong communication and relationships with all project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in construction project coordination, project engineering, or assistant project management.
  • Background in residential construction projects, or strong commercial construction experience transferable to residential work.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage project documentation and coordinate multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to commute to project sites and offices within Greater Boston.
  • Experience with Procore & Bluebeam.
  • Exposure to luxury residential, renovation, custom home, or multifamily construction projects.
