Job Description

  • Assist with management of ground-up retail projects valued from $10M-$80M+
  • Support budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and project reporting activities
  • Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Partner with field teams, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to drive execution
  • Participate in project meetings, site visits, closeout activities, and client communication

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of experience with a commercial general contractor
  • Experience supporting ground-up retail, commercial, industrial, or big-box projects
  • Knowledge of construction documents, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction software
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with willingness to travel as needed
