Design/Build General Contractor (also operates as an OPM firm), based in based in Warwick RI, is looking for a seasoned APM to join their team!First project is in Providence RI (public building) - APM will be onsiteTheir project portfolio includes Public, Corporate, Healthcare, Academic, Historic Renos, & moreIndustry leader, highly established, great reputation!

Job Description

  • Onsite in Providence RI
  • Assisting with day-to-day project activities
  • Maximizing project efficiency and profitability
  • Performing duties as directed by Senior Management, Project Executive and/or Project Manager
  • Assisting and developing working relationships with team, owner, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Managing and coordinating submittal/procurement & RFI processes
  • Coordinating all Document controls and drawing markups, in accordance with the company SOP
  • Implementing and overseeing the field staffs tracking
  • Coordinating Procore reporting
  • Assisting and coordinating with project closeout
  • Other duties as assigned

The Successful Applicant

The right APM has the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of APM experience
  • Ideally has CM at Risk background
  • Project background in public work
  • Construction related degree
  • Proficient in: Excel, MS, Bluebeam, Procore
  • Commutable to RI
