Job Description

  • Assisting the Project Manager with job start-up, project buy-out, and subcontract administration.
  • Helping to interpret drawings and implement quality assurance procedures.
  • Resolving daily field issues and supporting the project superintendent with administrative tasks.
  • Participating in project meetings, including kick-offs, safety, and scheduling meetings.
  • Assisting with two-week and four-week schedule look-aheads and safety walks.
  • Providing photo documentation and other administrative support as needed.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, with 2-5 years of industry experience. Strong proficiency in Procore, along with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, is required. A background in concrete or utilities, along with experience in drafting software such as AutoCAD and Revit, will be highly preferred.
