With a collaborative culture, strong client relationships, and an impressive portfolio of repeat business, they offer the stability of an established firm with the accessibility of a close-knit team.Job DescriptionThe Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:Assisting in the management and delivery of commercial interior construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.Supporting project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and document management activities.Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and internal project teams.Helping monitor project costs, schedules, quality, and overall project performance.Participating in project meetings and maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting.Supporting the administration of contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project correspondence.Working alongside Project Managers on projects ranging from smaller tenant improvements to large-scale mission-critical environments.Contributing to the successful execution of projects while ensuring client expectations and company standards are met.Gaining exposure to technically complex construction environments including office, government, technology, healthcare, higher education, and secure facilities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
