An established and growing general contractor is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of multifamily, educational, and commercial construction projects throughout the Greater Boston area. This role is ideal for a construction professional with at least two years of project management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants exposure to both renovation and ground-up construction projects.

Job Description

Support Project Managers with daily project administration and coordination.

Manage and track RFIs, submittals, project documentation, and project correspondence.

Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and progress reporting.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and project stakeholders.

Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to manage project information and documentation.

Help ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.

Support both ground-up construction and renovation projects throughout Greater Boston.

The Successful Applicant

2+ years of construction project management or Assistant Project Manager experience.

Experience working for a General Contractor is required.

Multifamily construction experience is highly preferred.

Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, and construction project documentation processes.

Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to commute to Quincy, MA and project sites throughout the Greater Boston area.
