Assistant Project Manager-Tampa-Construction

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
• Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Review and manage construction documents, contracts, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on the job site.
• Provide support in resolving project-related issues and conflicts promptly.
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to stakeholders as required.
