Job Description

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Track project budgets and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to resolve issues promptly.
  • Support the team in identifying and mitigating project risks.
