Job Description

* Support a Junior Project Manager with interior renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout.
* Assist with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and coordination activities.
* Work alongside field and office teams to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
* Participate in commercial and multifamily construction projects throughout Miami-Dade County.

The Successful Applicant

* 0-3 years of construction experience as a Project Engineer, Coordinator, or Assistant Project Manager.
* Local South Florida construction experience preferred.
* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.
* Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and team-oriented approach.
* Motivated to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in construction management.

Salary: $65,000-$80,000 base salary + bonus
