Job Description

Assistant Project Manager

  • Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist with budget tracking and cost management to ensure projects remain within financial parameters.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
  • Review construction documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
  • Resolve project-related challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of project activities and changes.
  • General Knowledge of Building and Construction codes
