Job Description

  • Assist in managing all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors and vendors
  • Track project budgets, change orders, and ensure cost control measures are maintained
  • Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and clients to drive project success
  • Monitor site progress, safety compliance, and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

    • 2-5 years of experience in construction project management (GC or CM firm preferred)
    • Experience working on interior fit-out and/or ground-up construction projects
    • Exposure to healthcare or public sector projects is highly desirable
    • Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and project controls
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
    • Driven, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a reputable company
