Job Description

In this Building and Construction Assistant Project Manager in Rochester, NY you willl:

  • Be proficienct in Procore
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of construction projects.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project progress.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts and reports.
  • Support the project manager in resolving any issues that arise during construction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns.
  • Maintain clear communication with all team members and stakeholders.
