With a stable leadership team and a consistent project pipeline, the company offers a supportive environment focused on long‑term career growth.Job DescriptionAs the Assistant Project Manager, you will support the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager in the financial and operational management of multifamily construction projects. Key responsibilities include:Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered within budgetSupport subcontract procurement, bid leveling, and contract administrationCoordinate RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and change orders to maintain project momentumWork closely with field teams to align project schedules, sequencing, and logisticsTrack project schedules and support updates using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling toolsParticipate in client, subcontractor, and internal project meetings, ensuring clear communication and documentationAssist with project close‑out, including punch list management and turnover documentationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
