They offer a collaborative team environment where employees are given the opportunity to grow their careers while working on some of the city's most impressive residential projects.Job DescriptionAssist Project Managers with the day-to-day management of active construction projects.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and design professionals.Manage project documentation using Procore.Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.Help develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.Review invoices, purchase orders, and subcontract documentation.Coordinate material procurement and deliveries.Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings.Perform site visits to monitor project progress and document field conditions.Support project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
