With a strong reputation for safety, innovation, and client satisfaction, the company fosters a collaborative culture where employees are empowered to grow their careers and make meaningful contributions to project success.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Managers with the planning and execution of construction projects.Assistant Project Managers will coordinate project documentation, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.Track project budgets, commitments, and cost reporting.Support scheduling activities and monitor project milestones.Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action items.Assist with procurement and subcontractor coordination.Monitor project compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Support project closeout activities, including punch lists and turnover documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
