Job Description

  • Support Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and vendors.
  • Track project progress, budgets, and closeout activities.
  • Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • 1-3 years of construction project management or coordination experience.
  • Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in telecommunications, data centers, or industrial construction is a plus.
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career in commercial construction.
