With a strong commitment to teamwork, innovation, and professional development, the organization provides employees with the resources and mentorship needed to build successful long-term careers.Job DescriptionAssistant Project Manager will:Assist Project Managers in overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout.Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination efforts.Manage and track project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts.Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients.Monitor project progress and help identify potential risks or delays.Assist with cost tracking, forecasting, and budget management.Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and status updates.Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company standards.Support procurement activities and subcontractor buyout processes.Assist in project closeout, punch list completion, and final documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
