The company is committed to employee development, innovation, safety, and building long-term relationships with clients and team members alike.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Assist Project Managers with all phases of project execution.Coordinate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract documents.Support project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking activities.Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and clients.Attend project meetings and prepare meeting notes and action items.Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.Assist with procurement and subcontractor management activities.Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and company standards.Maintain organized project records and reporting systems.Support project closeout activities, including punch lists and final documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
