  • $200M Developer/GC with Built-In Backlog

About Our Client

My Client:

I'm working with a rapidly expanding, privately owned developer/GC that's making serious moves in the construction industry! With revenue growing from $50M in 2024 to a projected $200M in 2026, they're building an impressive portfolio of $40M+ ground-up developments across the Midwest and beyond.

What makes this opportunity stand out is their vertically integrated development and construction model. With an in-house development pipeline feeding directly into construction, they have a strong backlog of major projects and tremendous opportunity for continued growth.

This is a chance to get in on the ground floor of a growing operation, take ownership of high-profile builds, work directly with decision-makers, and grow into leadership as the company scales. Unlike larger GCs, you'll have a real voice in the business, direct access to ownership, and the opportunity to make an immediate impact.
