Job DescriptionAssist Project Managers with the planning and execution of commercial construction projects.Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, permits, and project documentation.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.Track project schedules and assist with project reporting.Review drawings and specifications to ensure project requirements are met.Participate in project meetings and maintain meeting minutes.Support procurement and material tracking efforts.Assist in resolving field and design-related issues.The Assistant Project Manager will maintain accurate project records and documentation.Support project closeout activities and turnover packages.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
