Job Description

  • Assist Project Managers with the planning and execution of construction projects.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control efforts.
  • Coordinate subcontractor contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Track project schedules and help ensure key milestones are met.
  • Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project reports.
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist with procurement activities and material tracking.
  • Collaborate with field teams to address project issues and maintain workflow.
  • Support project closeout activities and final documentation requirements.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of construction project management experience or relevant internship experience.
  • Understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, and estimating principles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Able to commute to the King of Prussia area
