Job Description

As an Assistant Project Manager in Syracuse, NY, you will:

  • Support Project Managers throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • Assist with subcontractor and vendor coordination.
  • Help manage procurement and project documentation.
  • Track project costs and change orders.
  • Review submittals and maintain logs.
  • Participate in quality control and field reviews.
  • Attend project meetings and support closeout activities.
  • Maintain project schedules and communication flows

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • 2+ years of commercial construction experience preferred.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • Ability to work within structured processes.
  • Desire to grow into a Project Management role.
