Aspen has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects through exceptional craftsmanship, innovative solutions, and long-term client relationships across both public and private sectors.Job DescriptionAssist Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple construction and landscape development projects.Support project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration activities.Review project drawings, specifications, submittals, and change orders.Coordinate with field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.Track project costs, maintain budget reports, and assist with forecasting.Prepare RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation.Monitor material deliveries and procurement schedules.Participate in project meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.Assist with project closeout activities, including punch lists, as-built documentation, and final project turnover.Support compliance with company safety standards and quality control procedures.Maintain accurate project records and reporting throughout all phases of construction.Help identify and resolve project issues to minimize delays and cost overruns.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
