Job Description

  • Assist Project Managers with daily project administration
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Track budgets, invoices, and project costs
  • Help prepare change orders and contract documents
  • Attend project meetings and maintain meeting minutes
  • Support scheduling and procurement activities
  • Assist with project closeout and punch-list completion
  • Work closely with field operations teams
  • Maintain project logs and reporting

The Successful Applicant

A successful Building and Construction Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • 1-5 years of construction experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Desire to grow into a Project Manager role
  • Strong attention to detail
