Known for repeat business, technical expertise, and a relationship-driven culture, they combine national project reach with the agility of a specialized contractor.Job DescriptionThe Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager will:Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from kickoff through completion.Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful execution.Lead project financial management, including forecasting, reporting, and profitability tracking.Develop, maintain, and update project schedules throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate and manage RFIs, project documentation, and client communications.Monitor cost-to-complete forecasts and proactively mitigate project risks.Collaborate with preconstruction and design-build teams during project transitions.Conduct project reviews to ensure quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.Travel to project sites as needed to support execution and client relationships.Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and field teams.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
