Job Description

The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for:

  • Onsite daily in Quincy MA
  • Travel to future projects in Greater Boston area
  • Managing the unit finishes and leading the punch process
  • Working independently, checking in with the Lead Super periodically throughout the week

The Successful Applicant

The right candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of field experience as an Assistant Superintendent
  • Multifamily project background (ideally $80M-$150M+)
  • OSHA 10, OSHA 30
  • Construction-related BS Degree
