Assistant Super

• Assist in overseeing daily construction site activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members for smooth project execution.
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of project progress and site activities.
• Support the resolution of on-site challenges and provide practical solutions promptly.
• Communicate effectively with the project manager to relay updates and address issues.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and available for use.
