Whether your goal is to become a Senior Superintendent, move into Project Management, or grow into broader operational leadership, you'll be joining a team that actively supports your career ambitions and invests in your success.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Assist in managing the day-to-day field operations of large-scale ground-up multifamily and podium projects throughout the Cleveland marketSupport project scheduling through look-ahead planning, subcontractor coordination, and proactive problem-solvingChampion a strong safety culture by participating in site inspections, toolbox talks, and OSHA compliance initiativesHelp coordinate site logistics, including deliveries, material management, cranes, utilities, and overall jobsite organizationPartner with subcontractors and project teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to scheduleAssist with quality control efforts through inspections, pre-installation meetings, and punch list managementCoordinate with MEP trades and support commissioning, startup activities, and final testing processesMaintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and progress updatesPlay a key role in project closeout, turnover activities, and warranty coordinationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
