This role supports on-site construction activities for large renovation and new-build projects based out of Raleigh, NC. Assistant Superintendents will work closely with senior field leadership and large project teams to ensure schedule, safety, and quality execution.

Job Description

  • Support daily field operations, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
  • Assist with site logistics, safety compliance, and quality control
  • Coordinate inspections and ensure work aligns with project plans
  • Track daily progress, manpower, and site conditions
  • Participate in look-ahead schedules and field meetings
  • Work closely with Superintendents and large project teams
  • Support punch list completion and project closeout activities

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent
  • (Field Engineers will be considered if experience aligns)
  • Experience working on large project teams preferred
  • K-12, higher education, or commercial project experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to grow with a fast-scaling firm
