Assistant Superintendent - Commercial & Residential

• Monitor daily construction activities and help keep work aligned with project plans.
• Coordinate site schedules with subcontractors and construction team members.
• Review completed work and identify items that need follow-up before the next phase begins.
• Maintain clear site records, including daily activity updates and project documentation.
• Help communicate project priorities, schedule changes, and site needs to relevant team members.
• Track materials and equipment needed for planned construction activities.
• Promote safe work practices on site and report concerns to the appropriate construction leaders.
• Support project closeout activities by tracking outstanding work and documentation.
